**Intention:**

The intention of this exercise is to simulate a situation of complexity that requires problem solving together with others. This is our practice ground: during this game we can practice a lot of the things we have talked about, like how we approach challenges, how we read and adapt to situations, how we communicate, how we lead ourselves and others.

Full explanation in the link above and powerpoint linked in that document.<br><br>If participants have questions about the game after the short powerpoint presentation answer that they have to figure it out after the game have started. It's supposed to be confusing and chaotic. Somebody probably understands and it's a part of the game for them to understand and problem solve together ;)</p> |
