**Intention:**

The intention of this task is to start gaining greater thought clarity on what is important for us, practicing communicating from purpose, making connections with each other, and giving feedback on communication.\

**Desired outcome**

Individually, a clearer sense of own purpose and personal direction, increased confidence and ability to communicate what is important for us. Collectively, getting a sense of different and shared directions in the room, purposeful connections with each other beyond the program.

| **1** |
Introduce the task.

Solo preparation (10min):

Prepare a short presentation (1min max) - your aim is to get others to support your project.
1. What do you want to do and why is it important?
2. What kind of help and collaborations do you need for this?

You can use or build on a current project, use one that you always wanted to start, try out an idea for a fictional project. Or you can share ideas for a broader change you want to be part of.

|
| **2** |
(30min)

Everyone starts walking around in the room. They now have 3 minutes per session to quickly explain their own project, listen to the partner's project. They should then take notes (give a specific time for that in-between sessions) on whom they would get on their team with this project, and to note down any new ideas.

                                                                                                                                           |
