CONCEPT / HABIT OF MIND IN FOCUS
Intention
This is the last group session of the program. The first intention is to look back, to become aware of the changes we have gone through. Secondly, we want to support each other for the road ahead, and acknowledge each others' potential. Finally, this is also a chance to thank our group members, acknowledging them for who they are and who they have been for us this year.
Desired outcome Appreciating our individual growth throughout the program period, landing our learning journey as a group. Gained clarity to apply what we have learned in the future, and to continue growing.
How:

Solo reflection (45min) Find a quiet place where you can sit alone and reflect on the following question for each team member (+ yourself, where relevant): 1. What changes have you witnessed in this person during the program? 2. Who has this person been for you this year? 3. What is the one thing you believe this person could do to advance further / increase their potential? 4. If this moment was the last time you would see each other, what are your final words to him/her? 5. "You can reach out to me when/if.."

In group Share the feedback. One person is in focus at a time. Make sure that you finish each feedback round before you ask questions or interrupt the session. Optional: Write feedbacks down to share with the group members at the end of the session.
