Lectures

Lecture: The social animal

This lecture should be held by someone with an understanding of interpersonal processes and effective interaction. Both from an academic and a practical leadership point of view. We want all participants to understand the complex nature of relationships between people, why we as humans need relations, how healthy relations interact, which processes that are in play when people interact, (especially when a leader is involved). Topics such as feelings, thought patterns, listening, communication, social needs, ego, relational selves; are all relevant as long as they are focused on the processes between people.
