Introduction The program is not only for us to have an amazing time together for two days - it needs to be relevant for when Monday arrives, and when we face the very real challenges around us after the program is over. Creating a learning space that makes an impact is a responsibility we share as a community. And - there is a lot of knowledge in the team about how we could set up or show up better during the gatherings and outside. Team alignment is for asking, as a team - are we doing this the best way? Is how we are showing up as relevant and powerful for our lives and the world context, as it could be? Is there something we should change?

We take time for team alignment at the beginning of each module in the program. These moments are a chance for all to take ownership of the shared learning space.

Intention Shared responsibility for creating a space that helps us make the most of the time we spend together.

How: (First-time team alignment)

1

Make the future context that was co-created visible in the room. This is the background in which our program exists, and why we are here.

(5min)

Solo reflection:

What would work towards us creating a good space, for learning and being together? What might work against it?

(5min)

In pairs:

Find someone you dont know yet and Share your thoughts

2

(10min) Two pairs together: Discussion. Based on what you have talked about - what do you want the team to prioritize, going forward? Decide among the four people: What rules do we want to propose? What mindsets do we want to cultivate? What responsibilities should we divide/take up?

3

(10min) In the big team: Share your ideas. Agree on rules and mindsets to prioritize, as well as new responsibilities. Find a place/format for saving your insights and decisions so you can be reminded of them throughout the program, and revisit them easily.
