Donkey

Donkey

This is a fun game which traines collaboration without talking. It also helps new groups get to know eachother quickly trough alot of laughter, phsyical touch and pure creativity.

This game is best played in smaller groups of 7-8 people to activate the most people if there is many people in the room.

Step 1: The group stand in a circle with one person in the middle

Step 2: The person in the middle points to someone in the circle and yells the name of an object, emotion, situation or whatnot!(Really anything goes: Banana, car, love, star wars, house, ant, god, inside of the federal bank etc) After the person in the middle have yelled something he / she starts counting down from 5 to 0.

Step 3: The job of the person that was pointed to WITH the people on each his / her sides is to collaborate and interpret what the person in the middle yelled and create a physical image together within 5 sec. WITHOUT TALKING!

Step 4: After the person in the middle have counted down to 0 the person in the middle ask the people in the image what they represent. After hearing their explanations the person in the middle chooses if they accept or decline the image they presented. If the person in the middle accept the game continues, if the person in the middle decline the person that was pointed to have to go into the middle and take over. And so the game continues.

Additional rules:

Donkey - If the person in the middle yells donkey the people they point at have to freeze. If they move at all. The person that was pointed to have to go into the middle and continue the game

Super... - If the person in the middle adds "super" before any words its the person they point to + 2 people on each side of that person. So a total of 5 people have to interpret and create an image within 10 sec.
