# Carebear

As a carebear, you have the responsibility for the food, drinks, music, rigging venue and cleaning during gatherings. Its good to have around 2 carebears per gathering.

#### **Overall responsibility** 

* Buy necessary food and drinks for gatherings 
* Rigg venue and rooms Saturday and Sunday 
* Prepare drinks, cups, nuts before arrival of participant, and make sure these are full/clean all Saturday and Sunday
* Greet and goodbye participants 
* Play music 
* Prepare clean after lunch 
* Help clean up after gatherings 
* Assist head of org with economy, recruitment or other administrative tasks besides preparing for gatherings 

#### **Team** 

* Reports direct to head of org locally
* Work time and load are mainly sat to gatherings \
