Intention and desired outcome

The intention of the onboarding process is to maintain the autonomy and sustainability of the Future Leaders communities and to secure high quality in the delivery of the Future Leaders program.

The desired outcomes of the onboarding process are:

  • continuous formation of new local teams in each community, managed by the local community

  • the right people in the right position, to ensure high-quality in delivering the program

  • setting realistic expectations, between volunteer and FL

  • set the foundation for creating healthy volunteer teams
