# Time frame

Start planning the process in December and follow up continuously throughout the coming months. Initiate the process at Gathering 3 (the earlier we can spark the interest, the higher are the chances of finding the right people for the right position). It is difficult to determine the exact termination of the process, as the process ends when a new team is established. The ideal, and what each community should strive for, is to officially handover the responsibility to the next year’s team the day after the last gathering, usually in mid-March.
This is the end of the Recruitment Guide. For further details or questions, please contact Arvid Eiranson on +46736924005 or on <arvid.e@futureleadersglobal.com>.
Good luck and have fun!
